How To

  • First of all lets see if we are free on the date you want. Then lets talk through your requirements. You can fill out an on-line enquiry form or simply call us to discuss your event. We are here to help!
  • The SMILE PACKAGES are all centered around the CLASSIC Booth. They all include free prints, booth delivery, setup/take down, staff throughout your event, web upload of images after the event.
  • The details for all the SMILE PACKAGES are shown on the Charges Page. Why not take a look there.
  • The standard SMILE PACKAGES all come with the CLASSIC BOOTH. This suits most events and is based on the traditional photo booths, just a little larger and much easier to move about.
  • We can take orders over the phone or on the internet. All we need is your confirmation of agreement and then we can take your deposit.
  • Yes. Our web site carries the logo of certification to show you that it is secure. Simply enter your details into the web form and we will process, usually within 1 working day. If you do not want to use the internet to pay we can also take payment by phone.
  • Yes. Via our secure web pages or over the phone.
  • Yes. Payments can be paid by cheque. We will hold your booking for 7 days after you have completed all the online forms.
  • Final payments must be made 10 working days prior to the event if by cheque.
  • We require a 200 deposit to secure every order. This is payable within 7 days by cheque and with order if by credit card. The balance must be paid at least 10 working days prior to the event. A receipt will be sent to you once we have received your deposit.
  • An Invoice will be raised prior to the event and final payment must be made against this prior to the event. Deposits will not normally be credited. Where a date has to be changed we will be happy to work with you to accommodate this fairly.
  • Refunds against final payments and deposits will be made if we cannot provide a booth for your event. If time is lost during an event and we are responsible for the loss of service to the booth, we will refund pro-rata, including the deposit. If time is lost due to the behaviour poor behaviour at an event, no refund will be made against any time when the booth is not in service.
