Booth Use

  • Yes, the SMILE PHOTO BOOTH is VERY easy to use. Simply step inside, press the big red button or touch the screen and you will see a countdown on the screen in front of you. SMILE and then wait for the next shot. After 4 pictures have been taken, step out of the booth to collect your prints in seconds.
  • As many as they want.
  • Many guests will keep coming back over and over again. Just watch their smiles and their laughter grow. It is normally possible to take 50 sets of 4 photos per hour. This is mainly restricted by the time it takes people to get in to the booth, have their 4 photos taken and then get out again.
  • Prints are free to users. All costs are included in the rental fee.
  • Yes. Every print is there for you and your guests. If you have a single print, then usually they are taken as gifts by guests. If you get an extra set of prints then you can have one each, the second set is ideal for insertion into a Memories Album.
  • Three seated easily, then a few more infront, up to 6 people max!
  • All our prints are exceptionally high quality and guarantee long lasting memories of your event. There is no ink to dry, smudge or fade. We normally print out at 6”x4” (approx). Prints arrive at the side of the booth in approximately 20 seconds.
  • Black and white prints are an option. We do not recommend this option when props have been selected as one cancels the other out, e.g. black and white prints of highly vivid colours.
  • Yes. We can provide a selection of highly amusing and contrasting props to add to the enjoyment of your booth during your event. Props are not part of the standard package deals.
  • Yes, we offer a personalisation service that can include text, images or a logo.
  • A standard rental period is for 3 hours. We do provide two 4 hour packages. Smile Option Two is similar to our standard 3 hour rental and our Wedding Special also adds a 2nd set of prints and a memories album. We can provide special arrangements for corporate or special events where it is likely that the booth will be required for a longer period of time. Setup and take down times are not included within your rental period.
  • Yes, we will upload all* images onto our web server with 2 weeks of the event, usually faster. Your guests will need to know the password to gain entry. Images will remain there for 90 days. *When we say all images … only the ones that won’t get us arrested!
  • Your SMILE IMAGES will be uploaded onto our web server after your event, usually within a few days. All images will be loaded into an area that is just for you and your guests. It will have its own password to protect it from unwanted eyes. Images can be copied from here. We also provide a print service with multiple sizes available. Prints are delivered by post and framed prints by courier. An album or CD of all prints can also be purchased from the website after the event.
  • A Memories Album is one of our feature ‘Options’. At events where a 2nd set of prints has been selected, your guests will be given 2 sets of prints as they leave the booth. One is for them to keep forever as a momento and the other is used to build up a Memories Album. Our staff will affix the images into the Memories Album and your guests can then add a few words next to the images. Memories Albums are high quality and prove to be ‘the icing on the cake’ for many at special gatherings, such as birthdays, family gatherings and weddings. As all words are personally added, these albums are all unique!
  • Locate the booth at the centre of your event, near the dance floor or near the bar. Promote it in advance and on the night, the DJ will be happy to assist. Make sure everyone knows it is available and free. Think of new ways to promote it and for memories to be saved in a special way. We can advise on a few ideas such as placing a small photo frame on each table with instructions on how to fill it. Guests then get to keep this.
